  • payment confirmation details
    (payments are handled securely via our payment partners — we do not store full card details)

  • messages you send us

  • anonymised website analytics (via cookies)

If you join our mailing list, your details are stored securely within email campaigns (or a similar platform). We do not sell or trade your personal data – ever.

We use your information to:

  • process bookings and payments

  • communicate with you before, during and after your retreat

  • send occasional news and offers relating only to The Scented Circle (if you’ve opted in)

  • accommodation or catering partners (e.g. dietary needs)

  • payment processors

  • email platforms

We only share what is necessary to deliver your retreat. We do not sell personal data.

7. Klarna

If you choose “Pay Later with Klarna”, your data will also be processed by Klarna according to their own privacy policy – independent of ours.

You have the right to:

  • withdraw consent for marketing

  • request deletion (where appropriate)
